Duration:
2-hour studio photosession
Outfit changes:
You are free to change into 3-4 outfits during the session.
Digital Images:
After your photosession, within 24 hours, you'll receive a link to preview 20 pictures for editing. Once you've made your selection, within 10 working days, you'll get them back in high quality and professionally edited.
Want more pictures? You can add extras for €10 each.
Need them faster? Add priority editing in your booking for €100, and you'll have them within 2 days.
Unedited pictures?
Sorry, unedited photos are not provided.
Privacy:
Your privacy is respected and not influenced by pricing. Just request to keep your pictures private before the photoshoot if you prefer not to share them.
Portfolio & Promotion:
With your permission, I'd love to showcase our beautiful shots in my portfolio, on social media, competitions, and exhibitions. Just let me know if you don't mind.
Studio Rental:
Studio rent is paid separately from the package price (€150-€250 depending on location).
Image Selection:
You will have the opportunity to view all the good pictures taken during the session in your personal online gallery and choose the best ones.
Location Surcharge:
A surcharge of €100 applies for photoshoots outside Groningen.
Availability:
To check availability, simply leave a message with your preferred dates and times.
Payment:
You can make a deposit transfer via Ideal or PayPal. After the photoshoot, you can pay the remaining amount in cash.
First-time or inexperienced?
Don't worry! I'll guide you through the entire process, from generating ideas and choosing locations or outfits to the actual photoshoot day. I'll assist with posing to ensure you feel comfortable and your true self shines through.
Cancellation Policy:
Rescheduling:
If customers reschedule their photoshoot to another day at least two days before the scheduled photosession, they can keep their prepaid deposit of €50. However, the studio fee will not be refunded.
To cancel or reschedule, simply email me. Please note that only requests made via email will be considered valid; no rights can be derived from requests made through other channels.
Prepaid Fee:
A prepaid fee of €50 is required to secure your booking. It is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Studio Deposit:
Studio deposit is also non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Running late?
If you're up to 30 minutes late, we'll continue with the photoshoot for the remaining time. If you're more than 30 minutes late, the photoshoot will be canceled, with a deduction of €50 from your deposit.
